Women in Real Estate Luxembourg (WIREL) is a professional network began in September 2023 by fourteen women in leadership positions across the real estate sector.
Today, WIREL brings together nearly one hundred members—including architects, developers, lawyers, finance specialists, engineers, urban planners, and many more experts—who share a commitment to shaping a more equitable and sustainable industry.

Real estate is one of Luxembourg’s most influential sectors, yet women remain significantly underrepresented. WIREL was created to address this imbalance by promoting gender equality, strengthening visibility, and fostering a supportive environment where women can grow, lead, and be recognized.

Our mission is rooted in empowerment, inclusivity, integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. We provide a platform for women and men who wish to advance the industry through ethical practices, knowledge exchange, and shared action.

Together, we aim to create a real estate sector that is more socially sustainable, and truly reflective of the talent within our community.
